First of all. please PLEASE PLEASE use full words when speaking! were all glad you want an e30. but nobody will ever take you serious if you do that. if you need help, there is a complete list of what you need in the 24v section. and there are some BAD ASS m20s out there. but bear in mind that bimmers aren't drag cars. good luck with the swap, though it really isn't that hard. im 19 and just finished my M50 swap 100% with my hands and some good knowledge from the people here.

well i had a 1988 h22 hatchback but i got ride of it cuz all ppl do is hate so i went and brought a BMW 325i don't get me wrong its fast but some of these honda beat me so i want to put something bigggg in it and i want to abuse the Honda world it ct lol and i brought it cuz my dad had one and i love it so much it was the car i learned how 2 drive in

edit- congrats on getting an e30 though. maybe you shouldnt do a motor swap right off the bat.
if you boost any motor you better be roasting tires. the m20 has no special powers. you can roast tires and go fast without boost. most people dont have the knowledge to just build and tune a custom turbo setup. if youre still asking questions like you are then youre far from the point where you should be swapping 24v motors or boosting anything. try driving the car for a while and perhaps doing maintenance for gods sake. people are nuts.

true. tuning is very important. make sure your running at peak too. we tuned up mine and it roasted everything (that is when i still had my m20)
edit = after that tune a cocky new Neon 5 speed had to get its ass whooped. wasnt hard at all = )

well im asking because i don't kno about bmw but my old Honda would of spank your shit 11.15 1/4 mile
the only problem with toping an 11 is bmw IRS it suck balls for traction. with an m50 the best ive been able to run is a 14.8 with a wheel spin threw 1,2,3 on an of idle launch. Id boost an m20 before i swapped in an m50. Unless you can aford to boost the m50 or an m30 right away.
