If you managed to do it on a Honda, you can do it on a BMW. I have seen a dyno sheet from a turbo M20 that put 350hp to the rear wheels, so it might be able to live through it.
Nitrous is not that difficult. Install it according to the manual.

Yeah I had to take an e30 shell and drop it on an e36 frame with everything in it. Then convert back to 4-lug. But now I am going e30-m3 5 lug.
