There are many combos of 24v engines/starters/flywheels/transmissions/driveshafts. If your car has the stock m20 you can use all the pieces from stock to make your m50 work. You would use the stock g260 transmission and stock e30 driveshaft. Then you would use the m20 flywheel and starer. You would have to purchase engine mounts, trans mounts, trans brace, and a 10 degree twisted DSSR to make all the pieces fit in the car. For the bushings you should get 80a or 70a durometer for a street/track car, I got UHMW and it shakes the whole chassis at idle.
You could also source a zf320 transmission and use a e36 driveshaft with m50 flywheel, clutch, starter. That would basically be a complete e36 drivetrain swap which is much more costly which is why most go with the aforementioned stock drivetrain with a 24v swap.
Hope this helped!

Another issue I ran into now that I got my exhaust setup completed and can properly hear the engine there is a rattle at low RPM's I was wondering if it could be the vanos?

Thanks for the help, I have a Getrag 250 but surprisingly the stock 325i driveshaft fits perfectly however the guibo that I have has too small holes, G250 seems to use 12mm instead of 10mm..
