    Ireland Engeering Oil cooler adaptor cap

    anyone tried to use the Ireland Engineering Oil cooler adaptor cap that replace the cap on the M50/s50 to the existing M20 325is oil cooler using new lines to connect?

              I was just trying to show that you can use the OEM oil cooler with longer/new lines.

                  couldn't you just flip the cooler so the lines are short IMHO i think it would look cleaner

                    ^^ i've always though that.

                    while the euro oil cooler is an oem clean solution, its VERY expensive. i believe s54's have the same housing i may be wrong.

                    the ireland engineering (i think another Co sells them too) oil cap solution is just as good and for $150 + coil cooler + lines + hardware. You can get away with doing it under $200-230

                      Didn't VPD use to produce a cap similar to the IE one? What else is needed to make this work?
