So, only 1400 bux? Looks like a score, that and a throttle cable kit, and you are good to go. s54's are getting cheaper by the month. 2010 will be a big s54 e30 year in my book.

Yes, the mod the s54 harness, sell you an ECU, and tell you to buy their cable linkage kit.
