    Euro S50 headers fit S54?

I did a couple searches didn't have any love...

    Quick, simple question (hopefully)

Given the cylinders are spaced the same, as far as I know, do euro s50 headers fit onto an S54?
    - physically fit, but shape of port is different; or
    - physicall fit, all tickedyboo?

    thanks

ya, also 3 bolt triangle vs 4 bolts square. S54 also uses short exhaust manifold mounting studs (~ 7mm shorter than M50 studs
      so a bit different yes.

but if your car is a e36 s50b32, the mid pipes will hook up directly to s54 headers :)

I wish it was so simple. I just finished a euro S50 swap and my headers have about 40 hours of fab time in them (we have steering colulmns in the way of exhausts in Aus) and I am digging a new project.

S65 seems too new to tackle, so the S54 is a good stop gap. But my headers are so, so purdy shame to lose them and start again :(

With 40 hours of fab time, you might as well just change the flanges. I know that S54 headers have been converted to run on an E36, so vice versa should be doable.

This is exactly what I'm thinking about doing. I would get some OE s54 headers and cut the ends off, I just can't stomach 40 hours of labour cost again and this is putting me off pulling out the euro S50 and dropping in an S54.

            thanks
