    Trans question HELP needed

Ok I have both the Stock S54 6 Speed trans but it is an SMG so the bellhousing would need to be machined to work and a ZF GS6-37BZ from an 05 330i. My question is if I go with the ZF unit what flywheel and clutch do I need to use???? I know I could use a stock E46 M3 flywheel and clutch with the M3 Trans, but Im not sure with the ZF unit.
    Thanks

use the stock clutch/flywheel/fork/slave from 2005 330i 6 speed. That will work for sure.

You can also dry fit the m3 parts and see if it clears and check the fork clearance.

Both of these have self adjusting pressure plates, once you bolt them on they adjust, I heard you can re adjust them again.

How are things in Tucson? You have been working for a while on that swap

if you have the ZF GS6-37bZ run it; the zf 6 speed 330i flywheel and clutch set bolts right up to your S54.
