S54 power steering pump delete

Anyone out there that had removed the power steering pump and pulley ? What solution is there for the belt as you cannot just use a shorter belt by the looks of things.

I'm thinking perhaps a replacement idler pulley or something. Any thoughts or ideas out there ?

I'm running a z4 manual rack in my e30 conversion so no need for the pump.

Pretty sure I just ran a shorter belt...

Thanks - had a closer look and I think a shorter belt will be possible - it will get close to the idler pulley but I think there is enough room.
