            It's cool, the engine is sold. I still have the mounts if anyone wants them. Also the necessary B35 coolant rail for the conversion (but no thermostat housing).

                I would bet that they would, but can't guarantee it.

                If you want me to measure the holes, I'll try to do that tomorrow. Pics to come as well.

                The mounts aren't the prettiest, just plates welded together, but they held up pretty well in an S38B35 E30 M3 making well over stock HP.
