Does the harness work for the factory e30 interior electronics Ex. OBC, cluster?
If you wired everything up properly, it should.

It's cool, the engine is sold. I still have the mounts if anyone wants them. Also the necessary B35 coolant rail for the conversion (but no thermostat housing).
