Suspension Rebuild

Planning on redoing the suspension on my 91 ix. Have got a few questions on what to order etc. Here's what I believe is needed for suspension overhaul-

Front-

-CABs (Can I use the urethane M3 offsets?, or do I have to use the OEM ones?)
-Strut Inserts- Bilstein HD's
- Inner and Outer Ball joints for the control arms (do I need to have a shop press these in?)
- Sway Bar links?
- Upper strut Bearings (look fine, but probably a good idea to replace while I'm in there?)

Rear-

-TABs
-Shocks- Bilstein HD's
-Subframe Bushings?
-Sway Bar Links?
-Shock Mounts?

So what do you guys think, is this everything that I will need? Are there some parts that I can typically re-use (Shock Mounts, Upper Strut Bearings?)?
