    An FYI for you guys

The 95 M3 Master cylinder bolts to the IX booster and has the same size brake lines. The MC is a 25.4MM MC. Its a little longer and I do not own an IX but its just an idea for master replacements.

If you need photos and measurements let me know.

    Thanks

I also checked rod depth. Its really small gap before the rod hits the MC.

If mine ever decides to fail, this sounds like a good quick upgrade.

I used a E34 525i MC on my car. Direct replacement although I believe the piston is the same as stock.

Well it sort of worked. The m3 master though the pin sits right can not take the travel of the 325ix / 540 booster. Be weary. It split my booster in half on a good brake in an autox. So for future reference. Yes it will work, no it does work completely.
