Hey me again, as title says wondering about IX steering rack rebuild. Where would one go for this, and how much would it cost? Anyone here done this before? Thank you

I've never done this myself, so I don't know anything more.... I just bought a low mileage used rack instead. -
Thank yo very much Jeremy. I wish I had seen this sooner, as I just swapped back in my old rack that makes noise, because I bent one of the inner tie rods in an accident, and figured it would be too much of a hassle to try and remove it. From the article you shared, it looks like it would have only take 5 mins tops to replace! And I already installed the old rack :( Oh well, guess I have my work cut out for me again tomorrow.
