    M3 fcabs

I've got a brand new set to install in the IX. I haven't heard of anyone doing this with the IX, but I'm looking for the longevity that these should add over the stock fcabs, as the M3's are solid rubber. My only real question is, to which side does the offset hole go to? The outside of the car, or towards the inside?

Yes, I know I will need to realign the front end, no problem. Anyone else done this with the IX or their other e30's? I've seen them installed into the lollipops, both ways, and don't know which is correct. My guess is that they are installed to the outside of the car, as it is supposed to increase steering caster slightly.

Thanks for the help guys. Sometimes when searching for this stuff I end up with more questions than answers.

There should be an arrow that lines up with the notch in the lollipop, no?

Thank you, you are correct. I finally found some info that verified this, and I didn't even look at my current lollipops as they're still on the control arms. I'm still trying to get the trans and t-case resealed so I can mate it up to the engine, and get her back in the car before I jump on the suspension.
