Won't take full throttle. Can't pass 4k RPMs

So I was leaving out of driveway. Didn't give car enough gas and bogged out. After that car wouldn't crank. Finally came down to the plug on fuel pump must of been loose.

Now the car is running but when I get to 4k RPMs in any gear it's like the car is starving of fuel. Like hitting the rev limiter. Any ideas? All new hoses and I've check all plugs. Please help!!!

I had this sputtering problem and it even sounded like I was hitting my rev limiter it was a faultly CPS.

Turned out to be the plug on the fuel pump...it wasnt making a good connection.
