Soooo I have been working with Rigmaster, and looks like we are going to be able to make a mold. Before I spend the money to make a mold, how many people would really be interested in purchasing the front mudflaps? As far as I know there is not an IX specific rear flap? I'm thinking of an initial group buy if there is enough interest?

Well good news is I got a set of ix mud flaps for my dads touring. The bad news is I'm not really interested in making molds. If someone does all the leg work and needs a set for molds before christmas (Its his christmas present) I might be able to be talked into letting them use the ones I got for my dad.

Well, according to Garagistic, they tried to make molds of the OEM flaps but were never able to get a good mold. Combined with moving to a new facility, they have bailed on the project.

I have a used set of front iX flaps if anyone thinks they can use them to make a mold, I would be willing to loan them- otherwise I'll probably list them FS on Fleabay and let the market decide what they're worth.

Not trying to get everyone's hopes up, but I've talked to someone who says they can make some copies happen- working out the details now to send them my OEM flaps, and hopefully something will get made this time.

See above. All I know is Garagistic said they couldn't make it work- they sent my OEM mudflaps back.

I'm working with someone else right now who says they can make some, I'll post updates here when available. Don't give up yet.
