    Noise when accelerating and turning

I can hear a sort of grinding noise when the two conditions are met:
    1. I accelerate
    2. The steering wheel is turned 90 degrees to either left or right
I can only hear the noise when going slowly but I think it's because at higher speeds the ambient noise makes it harder to hear. Also, if I turn the steering wheel more or less than 90 deg, I can't hear it. It's really that precise.

I found that thread which sounds very similar to my issue, but the OP doesn't mention that the noise only occurs when turning the steering wheel at 90 deg and my car is noisy even at 5 mph.

Check for wheels and tires rubbing at 90 deg (I think you mean at full lock not 90 deg).

Then check cv axles and last check bearings.
