Electric Fan?

Greetings All,

I'm thinking about replacing/upgrading the clutch fan on my 91 ix. I'm looking at this one from ebay: Item number:140859710614.

It looks like I have the length & width for this one. Its' questionable about the depth of 3.5 inches. Even after removing the shroud, I think I have only 2.5-3 inches to work with.

So, will this one work? If not, as expected, what are others using?

Asa a side note, I don't see the auxiliary fan in front of the radiator.

Welcome to the forum.

That fan you linked to looks like an electric fan similar to the auxiliary fan used by BMW. I don't know but if your car doesn't have/didn't come with air conditioning there may not have been an auxiliary fan. Maybe someone who knows more will chime in and help you out.
