Was pretty sure it was a Skyline setup because of the right hand drop. What's he using for a front diff? The diff case is cast into the oil pan on the Skylines.

It uses Skyline front diff, with pretty custom mounting "on top" of the oil pan :)

Drag radials at all four corners. Nice.
I understand why the E30 has a left drop... the engine tilts to the right and BMW could package the diff more compactly by slipping it under the engine's left pan rail.
Why the @#$% did Nissan put the drop on the right when the Skyline is designed to be a RHD car? The driver's weight already offsets the car's weight dist to the right.Comment
