    inner/outer ball joints

I want to press new ball joints into the control arm and im Just trying to make sure that I have the right ones
For the outer ball joints if sounds like I can use any e30 outer ball joint, so if that is true that will be easy....31121701077
But the inner ball joints are really hard to find and are all on weird websites and I don't want to get crappy ones but I also won't pay 90 each
So is this the right part number for the inner ball joint.....31121701063

And would you trust getting them from this website or could you please point me I'm the right direction

Blunt tech wouldn't have random stuff like this right?

      No glove, no love.

I got mine about a year ago from bmaparts. It wasn't on their site, you have to ask for it. You can reach out to Patrick, he seems to be their contact guy, also he's really nice:

      Patrick Bright

We specialize in import auto parts

      Phone: (888 ) 262-3911
      Fax: (818 ) 240-9074
      Patrick@bmaparts.com

I asked for the same part numbers as you have, but you can ask him to double check if you're paranoid. I think they were $26 and $36 dollars.

      31121701077 - $26.00 each
      31121701063 - $36.00 each

But no guarantees on the part prices.

*edit* Also, I don't know what equipment you have, but I used a rental balljoint press from O'reilly's and it worked, but it was a bit of a pain. If you have the $20, I would suggest just going to a shop and asking them to press them out/in for you. Mine were rusty so I wanted to derust/repaint them, but if yours are in good shape, I would just bring your CAs to a shop and have them do it for you.

thanks for the reply and I was originally planning on getting a shop to press them out because I thought it was impossible to get them out without a 20ton press

but I am a cheap bastard and may try to take them out the way you did, haha

Haha, okay, don't say I didn't warn you. You also need to use something to cut off the long, inner ball joint when removing, unless your auto parts store has a giant press. You'll see when you get to it, the arms were just not long enough to reach across the whole thing. I also think it would help if you used a torch or something to heat up the control arm.

I just bought OEM ball joints though Napa auto in town. They were around $275 for all 4 and took about a week to get to the store.
