E30 ix Engine screeching noise

So i recently had this noise come from the engine and i can't seem to figure out what it is. At first i thought maybe it's the belts but i tighten most of them and the sound is still there.

The noise is very random, it comes and goes. Happens usually on a start up when i leave it off for a while. Sometimes while im driving it'll random make the noise and as im on the throttle the sound will increase and if i shift it may or may not go away.

replace your auxiliary belt and A/C belts, one or the other is worn out.
