325ix body kit

Hey guys,
I'm going to reinstall the 325ix body kit on my car this weekend and am wondering if I need this little guy:

realoem shows 4, but for some reason I don't see where it would mount.

I don't know where else they're used, but I know that each of the front fender molding pieces use one on the back, inner fender part.

These are very different than the ones on my car... but good to know.
