Front driveshaft use all the splines help

So I'm going to be dropping my transmission soon so I can do a lot of things that I've been needing to do. I have everything situated apart from utilizing more of the splines in the front driveshaft. I've looked it up and seen about possibly using the x5 guibo cause its thicker I guess. I would just like some opinions of people who have done some of the things I've seen.

Please let me know what can be done. I would buy that longer spline but they are not available anymore.
Float like a cadillac sting like a Bimmer!:)
