This run was on 1,4-1,5 bar so maybe 720hp but no, i havent broken anything yet. Not when using full boost either :)
Only replaced a couple of CV boots...
E30 325ix M50 turbo 7 spd DCT 4wd 840awhp @ 31 psi.
E30 M50 6 spd 764whp @ 24psi.
E30 M20 6 spd 675whp.

That's great news! good work on your swap. Seems like e34ix parts are the way to go, not just because 24v, but for strength.
