    Not pretty but here's one:

When you get the diff, I would recommend opening it up to check the gears and for smoothness. Dump diff fluid in and out of it several times to get it as clean and smooth as possible. Install, run it for several miles. Then flush it again. You never know how long these used pieces have been sitting around. You want no dirt/grit or water in there at all.

Not the easiest job but pretty straight forward. Remember the diff is heavy so support it well when lowering it out of the car, and also when installing the replacement.

I saw that one - I'm hoping to find something cleaner but that might be a good choice. Thanks for the tips - very helpful!

I've got one thats much cleaner than that, about 175k miles on it. Worked great didn't make any noise. Only pulled it to install a 3.73. Located in BC, Canada. Can get pics if you're interested
