Those of you running these, what struts are you running or what would you recommend? Stock and KONI are the two options listed on ground controls site. does that mean I can run either KONI sports or race? Are bilstein hd's an option?. I'm not looking to slam the car due to obvious reasons but a nice 3/4" max drop would be nice. As far as spring rates are concerned I'd like to know what I should be looking at for a weekend driver, eventual auto cross and rare track day.

I'm using the Koni race, really happy with them! But the height also depends on where you weld the lower spring perch. So normal lower ix struts should work too.
Maybe weld the perches first at desired ride height and then see what length strut will work?E30 325ix M50 turbo 7 spd DCT 4wd 840awhp @ 31 psi.
E30 M50 6 spd 764whp @ 24psi.
E30 M20 6 spd 675whp.
