Thanks man. Yeah I know what u mean about parking. I park both my cars in Manhattan all the time and cringe at times. Bumper bullies save my bumpers though.

I wish i could drive mine that much but i work in construction and i don't really trust my car in some of the places i have to park in down town Pittsburgh, people there literally use there bumper while there parking haha.
Oh and i always wanted to ask how did you make your valve cover, It looks so amazing!

i hear you man. after all that work you put into the body, i dont blame you.

i know I'm going to regret using mine as both a daily car + winter car, once the body starts rotting...but i love driving it too much not to. it begs for attention, so i say f it, and just use it. I've avg about 25K miles a yr w/ it since I got it 2009.

Haha well I can't lie I do try to keep it off the shitty salty roads, but any day it's half decant I'm cursing in the Ix. I couldn't spend over 2 years building a car to only see it sit in the garage :)

New snow tyres ready for snow. 3rd winter I've had her and this will be the first not in the garage with the cover on.

Figured out the oil sump yet? Franken pan? E53 sump?

I have not really started yet, but soon :) Parked the car in the garage yesterday!
I will use stock E34ix oil pan and most other E34 parts as a "stage 1"
