Will diving board bumper mounts work with plastic bumpers?

I've got a '90 Convertible, which has the metal bumpers. I have a chance to pick up front and rear bumpers for $150, they are black, my car is red. They do not come with fogs, brake ducts, bumper shocks or any hardware. Does this seem like a fair price? Also, are my current bumper shocks/hardware compatible? Thanks,

    ~Rick

No, your current bumper mounting brackets will not work. They are a totally different style.

I thought so, seller said they should fit tho... I wanted to double check first.

I think I'll pass on these and wait for a set that comes with hardware/fogs/ducts.

The BMW is already taking alot of money right now in the suspension project, so bumpers can wait.

get the mounting shocks from the plastic bumpers for plastic bumpers...then it'll bolt up. i'd get the plastic bumpers and get the shocks elsewhere. its a decent deal.
        No more e30s for me.

Where can I get the mounting shocks for gthe plastics? Is that all that is needed to get them on the car? Also, where can I get the brake ducts and fogs, the bone yards here have minimal E30's and they are all pretty rough.

Get them used from here or from a junkyard. They're STUPID expensive new from the dealer.

Is the $150 for plastic front and rear bumper, without any hardware/fogs/ducts, and not the correct color for my car (black vs Zinno) a fair price?
