I bought an OEM one three years ago for $105 and aftermarket were $79. They generally don't fit as well as oem units.
Just my observation though. -
According to a good friend of my dad's who has owned a bodywhop for years apparently bodywork like that is under one of the thousands of patents on manufacturer specific parts on new cars. Apparently to keep from being sued not only do aftermarket makers have to divulge that they are not the original manufacturer they also have to change the design of the part they made. Be it inferior or superior an aftermarket panel has to be different in some way.Originally posted by M-technik-3Just my observation though.Im now E30less.

Buy OEM
I have an aftermarket drivers fender. Its fit is not as perfect as OEM. It could be made to fit perfectly, but you need to cut/modify a good bit of the inner brace that goes against the chassis to make it work.
Hell, buy a non-rusted/dented one from a junkyard that is OEM. $50-75Below the radar...Comment

Where can i purchase a oem pass. side fender for my e30? Been looking everywhere.
Thanks,

carquest, i bought mine there for 82 bucks a piece, now i get mad discounts, and they are the only 2 body pannels they can get, well worth, just get a body shop to fit them, mine are perfect other than they had to work the inner mounts a little, like mentioned above they have to be slightly different....Comment
