paint chrome wheel arch panels?

have you guys painted those or is it just better to just leave them off?

I'm repainting my car and was wondering whether or not to include them painted, or just off.

Oh and the color I chose was something called..

fjordrau mica.. anyone ever heard of it? It's like this metallic dark gray
