Guess what i got for $50?

Let me tell you how i came up with this!

On Saturday my belts broke because of a bent alternator bracket! Then on Sunday i went around to look for the bracket and all of the junk yards are closed.
So my last resort was "Craigslist"! I typed "BMW E30" and nothing came up. So i typed "1991 BMW 325i" and this guy answered my prayers. He had an E30 that was T-boned from the driver side.

And this is what i got!

Will it a bolt-on to my car?BTW this is how my car looks like.

Your car looks like it has been hit in the front before if I'm not mistaken. I say this because I believe I see a plastic rear bumper and valence and lower rear arches. If my eyes aren't deceiving me, then everything will bolt right up fine.

+1 looks like you already have a plastic rear bumper.

Yeah thats weird but whatever, just go with it.

Cut the tow hooks and it all bolts up in theory ( you might have to fight with it a little)

You guys are right! The Previous owner got into an accident,it's more of like just a fender bender.I'm guessing the stupid body shop installed the wrong bumper cuz when i bought the car from her the bumper was starting to peel and i can see some red paint under it.

So what do you guys think? Is it doable?

Front bumper is direct-swap. All you have to do is cut off the tow hooks, and you'll need the slider brackets for the sides that will bolt to the sides of the late-model valance. You might already have them, I can't see from the pics. I did the same swap, my car (in my sig) is an '86 that originally had diving boards. If you have any questions, feel free to PM me.

Congrats on the score of the century! That's a few hundred in parts right there, at least $300 easily.

The front valence, especially, is suuuper simple. Just a bunch of 8mm screws.

Hey Janderson are these the sliders you're talking about?

And actually i dont have a tow hook in the front. Is that and advantage for me?

Yeah and i just read from the classifieds section that someone is selling the same set for $450. Yeah i agree with you, this is a sale of the century.Have to save as much as i can cuz i'm getting married on the 12th of this month.

And BTW the bumper looks like its missing something! Does is come with a lip? And where can i buy lenses for the fog lamps and for the blinkers?

there should be 2 tow hooks under the bumper welded to the car. one on ether side of the car. and yeas those are the slider brackets that Janderson was talking about.

Wait a moment - if this was, originarily, a plastic bumper car, then why is everyone telling him to cut off the tow hooks? They won't be there.

It would help to know the year of your car. If it's an '88+, it'll be a direct bolt-on, nothing to cut.

then their shouldn't be any tow hooks.
