cant get lip clips on all the way

theres like 2 clips that i cant get to go on right and one clip that i can only get one pin in.
(starting on the far left of the bumper and ending on the far right) its the first and second to last clip. and on towards the middle that i can only get one in... any suggestions? i want my is lip on so i can photoshoot!
