Can anyone tell me what part this is and where I may be able to find it?

Junkyard would probably be the best way to go or ask a member that
    has a parts car...

Quick sort of unrelated question: How would I go about painting these black if they were originally chrome? Should I just plasti-dip it or is there more to it than that?

plastic dip is fine, I would clean the trim first and then scratch the chrome up with 150 grit sand paper and then plastic dip it. Its super easy.

the front trim is identical in coupe or sedan. The rear trim is sedan and couple specific.

depending where you are in VA I'm in College PArk Md. I have a set of the front trim.
