    Rear side panels, how to remove?

    i have some rust developing under my left taillight. what is the best way to fix this? can the whole panel be removed?

    i know there was a thread somewhere with a guy who sanded it, filled it and stuff, but i have zeroh bodywork experience...
    1991 325iC - Mauritsblau sumthin metallic blue. DEAD
    1992 525i - Silber sumthin sumthin metallic- Rolling again, needs suspension/wheels/brakes/paint.... Fuck you A4S310R; BEAT YOU.
    1989 325i - Cirrusblau Metallic sumthin sumthin-project - trying to clean up the interior(done), then the body, then a 5spd, then suspension, then..... - [Stolen :| ]

    Weld in new sheetmetal if it is really bad, otherwise sand and paint. the panel is not removable.

        Sand it off with some like 36 grit, then get some 160 grit and feather out.
