    '86 325es M3 body kit??

I am fairly new to the e30 world, and currently own a 86 4 door 325e but have been looking for a nice 2 door to maybe do a m50 swap in when I ran across this ad in the local trader paper someone is advertising a

"86 325es with fiberglass front end, fiberglass quarters and deck lid, runs great, needs brake work $1000"

I know this isnt a M3 and it goes against what most of you guys think, but does anyone have any info on these kits or maybe pics, anything?

Zender makes a kit that looks similar to the M3 flares but still looks like ass to me. And Josh found a kit thats kind of in between non M and M but I cant remember what its called. And if it were me, Id look for a car thats TOTALLY stock, no mods what so ever, so that you can start fresh and not have to fix what someone else fucked up.

    Brian

    P.S. Dont get another Eta.

cantact the guy go look at the car yourself... ask if you can take it to have a shop that you respect have a look at it inside and out to find every little problem... the only way to know is to look at it yourself or have a expirences mechanic look at it....

seeing the car is the only way. I doubt its an E30 M3 kit just some name they tagged on it themselves.

I wouldnt think they would have done it properly on a $1000 325es.
          Im now E30less.

Bump, this car was bought by a small buy here pay here lot that has alot of euro cars, I heard he got the car right around a year ago after I looked at it for $450, and I think I could probably pick it up for that if not less. It is in ok condition, the fenders are all metal, the rear ones have a rust spot on one side, not too deep, but about the size of a coaster. You guys think I could make a little money off of it? it would be great for track car build, or fixed up like it is. I am going to stop by and take some pics of it.
PS. it also has some ACS looking avez or somthing wheels and a rock hard unknown suspension on it

I will get them, I dont really want it, but I thought about cleaning it up and selling it, I see alot of threads on different forums about adding m3 fenders and the like. It would make a good track car, throw some fat tires on it and it would be ready to go, of to some poser who can show his m3 off to his friends

So wait.. why was this thread dug up again? I don't know about everyone else, but I've got no desire to see a diving board 325e with M3 flairs on it.
