Installing rear windshield?

Anyone have instructions on how to install a rear windshield? I have the new seal in already!

I thought you "roped" these in old style, like the 2002s. You wrap a thin rope/twine around the outside of the gasket, with ends overlapping at the top. Place the glass in the gasket and get it into place on the car. Move the gasket + glass and rope into the opening. From inside the car, as you slowly pull the ends of the rope from top/middle towards the sides the rope pulls the inner gasket lip over the metal edges of the glass opening. You'll have a helper outside the car assisting you.

Elsewhere I read of someone doing what you did, then fighting the glass into the installed gasket with a pair of screwdrivers, putty knives or coat hangers.

I install the gasket, then slip the window in using silicone spray, then install the lockstrip using plastic prybars and more silicone spray.

About 20 minutes total...after 3 or 4 attempts.
