Zinnoberrot the same as cinnabar red?

Question. Is Zinnoberrot the same as cinnabar red?
Zinnoberrot has paint code 138-3, while cinnabar has paint code 138.

    Yes.

        Say them both really fast.

        Close enough for me.

alright. Thanks giuys, I am ordering paint for my stepdad, and his color id said zinnoberrot, but paintscratch only listed cinnabar. After running it though a german translation thing, I realized they were the same color, but I wanted to be 100% sure.

My car is also cinnabar/zinnoberot I ordered some paint from the local finishmasters and man, what a difference. After putting some new paint on, it looked like my car was about 6 different shades of red. This color fades fast. I'm going to have my whole car resprayed in the summer.

I bet you it just needs a good detailing. After 15 years my red still matches new touch up paint.
