euro plastic bumper inserts

well, ive seen how the euro spec'ers don't have the sorta ugly side markers on the bumper. i wanna get rid of that.
are the euro plastic bumper inserts simple pop-on swaps to eliminate them?

So i'm guessing they're the piece called "cushions?"
i couldn't find any thing that specified if its euro or not but i noticed there werent any spots for the side markers . :-D
