question about door fitment

this might seem a bit confusing and sorry for a noob question but i want to replace my right front door on my 89' coupe. I found a late model four door at the junkyard.. will the door fit on my car? If so how can I remove the pin? Theres a little rubber piece on the door hinge and under that are two gold circles. Will a hammer do the trick?

damn i knew it. i was eyeballin it and the coupe doors seemed a bit longer. thanks for the help
