Removal of is side skirts

I wonder if someone would be so kinds as to walk me through the removal of IS side skirts. Mine are in mint condition however it appears some of the white mounting clips are sagging or broken and I want to remove the side skirt and replace it.

I did an extensive search but didn't really see anything worth trying as I do not want to break any of the mounting brackets on the skirt side.

51711939302 small part screw (2 one for each side)
51711933719 small part fender screw (2 one for each side)
16131176747 nut for fender screw (2 one for each side not necessary)
51711922599 small part clamp (2 one for each side)
51711927439 plastic plug to cover fender screw (2 one for each side)
51711938940 black clamp to secure skirt to underside rail (10 5 for each side-1 for small part & 4 for long)
51711932996 green grommet (10 or 12 I forgot-5 or 6 for each side-1 for the small part and the rest for the long part)
51711959929 White Clamp that pops into the green (same amount as the green)
51111942789 I have no clue what this is for and I didn't use it on mine

Thank you! I just picked up a set for $100 with all the clips, I'm assuming... but this is good to know. Everyone here is either wondering how to take these off, or put them on, but no-one seems to really know either way:(
