I called BMW and the lady said she could order the M Technic front. Would the front bumper covers be included too? I guess ill probably have to just call back and check.

There are two pieces to the M-Technic II front end. The bumper cover, and the front valence.
And be prepared to shit a brick when you get the prices from BMW for those pieces. Seriously.
