E36 bumper cover on E30

Anyone have any thoughs/more pis on this? Seems like a cool and cheap thing to do to a non sport DB car...

So you're saying to keep my metal ones? or that it would cost me $365 to swap to the plastic type?
I just like a complete monochromatic look and the chrome bumpers (guess those are what everyone calls the diving board bumpers??) make it hard to get that look I'd think.

89+ e30 plastic bumpers are a direct swap for your 88.

sweet - so if in good condition are my metal ones worth anything, like to help recoup what I fork out for the plastic ones? Would some type of lower lip or splitter for lack of better idea in my head go on bottom of that like under the bottom of the white one?

wow the e36 bumper doesnt look half bad on an e30. go for it.
as fare as selling your diving boards for some cash... not to many people dig those to much.

Oh yeah. IIRC there is a gap under the kidneys on that e36 bumper. I don't know how the guy fixed that.
