Zender DB front Valence Material?

I have a Zender body kit from an early model E30 (85). Its in pretty good shape overall but the front has a couple of cracks. I need to know what material this is made out of and what you guys recommend for fixing the cracks. Anyones expert opinion or otherwise would be greatly appreciated. Also anyone have recommendations of how to strip the old paint?

Go to your local bookstore, or hit up Amazon, and buy this book. It is invaluable when it comes to this sort of thing, because there are SO MANY different types of plastic, and you can't repair them all the same way. It is a great book, I've used it several times.

Justed wanted to post an update. Got both my front and rear Zender valences repaired and painted. Repair and paint was nothing compared to the pain in the ass it was to bolt them up. Will take some better pics in the daylight.

Did you repair them yourself, or take them to a shop? If you did them what did you use, if it was a shop how much did it cost?
