Assuming you're talking about the front and rear windshields? Remove and replace with late model black lockstrips. Or mask it off, cover the rest of the car in drop cloths, and paint it with trim paint.

Someone recommended a black paint marker as a simple solution. I also picked up some stuff called "Black Again" at my local auto supply store. It was $5. Haven't used it yet, but it's supposed to be good on all outer black trim. I was gonna try it on my door handles, mirrors, vents, etc. Might try that on the trim as well.

They weren't ever black to begin with on early cars, so I'm not sure how effective it will be. A paint pen could be a (very) quick and temporary solution.
