hartge front valence for which year?

i was wondering if any1 knows what year this part was made for. it appears to have the late model fog light openings, but without and brake vent cutouts...which is retarded.

yeah the slats are different b/c the one in my pic is a knockoff...did the origional hartge piece go on top of the stock valence?? it looks like i can see the brake ducts underneath in that file photo.

Yes, and on the original there are slats for the brake duct areas.
