I think he's talking about the bumper trim piece. Its a euro bumper trim and has no reflector in it.

Maybe take a zoomed in picture and draw a THICK RED circle around it, so we know what the fuck you are talking about.

Just in case you are wondering and didn't know you can still order the full rockers from the dealer including the jack points caps and hardware if yours are rotted out.

If you're talking about the skirts... looks like they painted where it used to be black textured. Mtech II skirts have that similiar smooth look, except it comes with door caps, if that is what you're talking about...?
