If you're talking about the skirts... looks like they painted where it used to be black textured. Mtech II skirts have that similiar smooth look, except it comes with door caps, if that is what you're talking about...?

I think he's talking about the bumper trim piece. Its a euro bumper trim and has no reflector in it.

Maybe take a zoomed in picture and draw a THICK RED circle around it, so we know what the fuck you are talking about.

you might be thinking of the trip just above the rocker on verts but thats not on either of those cars.

Like everyone else said those cars just have painted rockers. If your rockers are nasty why not just clean yours up and paint them

Not really, cause the pictures you put up in the first post. All we are seeing is a stock rocker panel painted black in the first picture and the seconed picture is just the stock rocker painted white. Then calling a part a "rocker panel cap". WTF???? Never heard that one before...
