What kind of front valance is this?

Some friend told me it was a kamei, but I don't see it as a kamei.

Can anyone tell me what can it be?

BBS. Several variations of it were offered, at least 2 to my knowledge. That one is designed for the 318i/325e (the economy cars that didn't have oil coolers)

Its vintage 84 or so. It is meant to be bolted under the euro metal bumpers, but might fit under the diving boards.

Either way its a look that died in the 80's, and for good reason. Sell it to someone else.
