painted bumper trim / side mouldings

getting a nice deal for a paint job. My car is sterling silver and I'm debating on whether or not I should paint the black side mouldings sterling silver as well?

Anyone done this and have the pics? I've searched and look at a couple of old threads but was wondering if someone recently done this?

Interesting. I haven´t done it, but was, like you, toying in my mind with the same idea. My car is also sterling silver. I´d like to paint it ALL sterling silver but the grilles (all black) and the door/windows trim (also black). Either that or something more....unique...that I know will earn me quite some flaming here. I say go for it!

I think they look the best black it beaks up the car and gives it a little contrast.

I think the painted trim/moldings looks cheap IMO. Almost looks like you went to a 1 day paint place, and they just shot the whole car.

leave your trim black, all one color looks like a early Honda Accord or Toyota Corolla
