Go to a local body shop/paint supply store (there is probably an Industrial Finishes or similar around) and ask if there is a guy who is known for doing quality work on the side. Lots of them kick ass, but just don't wanna work for da man, ya know?

I'm about as OCD about my car as Josh and Jordan...well maybe not TOTALLY like Jordan...but you get what you pay for.
